Thanks Christopher for the prompt response, but we are not running ScanMail or any other A/V on the server level. User machine are however running TrendMicro OfficeScan.
Regarding the second part of your response, there's nothing special for the recall failure in the logs. Only the usual "Message XXX for A failed to be recalled by B".
